Refund & Dispute Policy

All purchases are final. If you believe there has been an error or have concerns about your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any billing concerns, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

Your site remains active through the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your site will be taken offline.
Domain names registered on your behalf are yours — we can transfer them to you upon request.
To cancel, contact us at the email below. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a FoxVox subscription, you agree to pay the listed annual fee for website hosting and domain registration services.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You will receive a reminder email before renewal.
You are responsible for the content you provide (photos, text, etc.). Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to decline service for content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our acceptable use standards.
Domain availability and pricing are subject to registrar rates at the time of purchase.
Service uptime is provided on a best-effort basis using Cloudflare's global infrastructure.
